This talk revealed various factors which shape his mind while doing work and different strategies he applies to operate his business in the competitive world.
In designing an environment for effective performance of individuals working together in groups, an owner s most essential task is to see that everyone understands group’s purposes and objectives and its methods to attaining it that is what he believed in.
Motivation is term applied to entire class of drives, desires, need, wishes and similar forces; this is what he believed in while making environment friendly with his employees by giving them incentives and awards. Another factor which he believed in decision making and delegating his work to various persons to get the specializations in this field. The success mantra is hard work.

ReplyDeletehi amit well done .. keep the good work going.. u never told m u started writing on blog.. anyways nice article but presentation could have been better
ReplyDeletegood effort....keep it up..!!
ReplyDeleteits pretty good effort made wid motivation and insipiration being d key factors......but importance of managment is missing.Allocation of resources, planning of how to acheive d objective is only possible if skilled managers r avaliable.
ReplyDeleteowner of company just set objectives an goals but its on managers how 2 acheive dat.....but still a very good attempt, could b better if u cover all aspects.
Well...its a decent effort but content is very limited. It has various technical and grammatical mistakes. The work is not done whole heartedly.....I think you start "CARPENTARY" along with "CHAI-WALA" Stall. I wish you a great future ahead.
